We arrange this on request, subject to availability for your dates. It is worth being precise about the structure, because Uganda's guiding system works differently from a city tour.
Uganda's national park rangers — the officials who lead gorilla and chimpanzee treks, track the families and deliver the safety briefings — are employed by the Uganda Wildlife Authority and work in English. That is fixed, and applies to every operator in the country regardless of what they advertise. Any company promising an Arabic-speaking ranger inside Bwindi is describing something that does not exist.
What we provide alongside them is your own Arabic-speaking host. They travel with you from arrival at Entebbe through to departure, interpret the ranger's briefing and commentary during the trek, and handle the practical conversations at lodges, park gates and restaurants on your behalf.

Before your itinerary is confirmed, we contact each lodge on your route and obtain written confirmation of what they can genuinely provide — whether meat is sourced halal, whether the kitchen can separate preparation, and what prayer space is available. Where a lodge cannot meet the standard, we say so and propose an alternative rather than hoping it works out on the day.
This matters more on a safari than in a city hotel, because remote lodges have limited supply chains and cannot improvise at short notice. Confirming ahead is the difference between a family eating well for ten days and a family eating around the menu.
